This hotel is a nice comfy base for a trip in The Colony. The property provides a fantastic service. Pool area is clean, appreciated this place. The hotel's location is marvellous and the staff are extremely friendly and extraordinarily friendly. The venue has a great restaurant with delicious meals. It's a fairly clean and amazing hotel with new-fashioned rooms and attentive staff. They serve appetising food, have a great selection of options to choose from. The services are fantastic, including a clean pool. What is more, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The place provides great prices.

We recommend this hotel, it was fairly clean and peaceful. Everything seemed great, excellent staff, huge rooms. The location was good because it was close enough to good restaurants, another shopping areas, and all the shops and restuarants. Furthermore, close to attractions.

Particularly good and stunning location for our visit to Hawaiian Falls The Colony Water Park just a short walk away from the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place in The Colony. We were the first guests as the hotel had just opened. The staff were friendly and attentive, despite still learning the ropes. The bright lighting and color schemes added a vibrant touch to the hotel's ambiance. It was great to have access to both USA Today and WSJ. Silvia, possibly the day manager, was professional and helpful, even during a busy time with Hurricane Laura refugees. Topgolf right next door was a huge plus, and we enjoyed spending hours at the hotel bar, where Tamera went above and beyond to make our experience extraordinary. We'll definitely be returning to see her. the staff at Hyatt Place made our visit exceptional.

Location: the hotel was just next door to a great location—near to lots of good restaurants and Dallas and restuarants.
